Terms of Service

Hubly is a software-as-a-service product that helps small business owners manage customer conversations from multiple channels in one inbox, with AI-assisted features such as Magic Draft and AI Triage.

Hubly is intended for business owners or operators who are legally capable of entering into this agreement. By using Hubly, you represent that you are authorized to represent the business you register.

Hubly is a technology provider that connects to your own WhatsApp Business Account (WABA), Shopee, TikTok Shop, and/or Lazada accounts via each platform's official API. Hubly does not own or control these accounts — you remain the owner and responsible party for your channel accounts, including compliance with each platform's policies (for example, Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy).

You are solely responsible for ensuring your customers have given appropriate consent (opt-in) before receiving WhatsApp messages from your business, in accordance with Meta's policies and applicable law. You may not use Hubly to send unsolicited bulk messages (spam) or otherwise violate the messaging policies of any connected platform.

Hubly is available on several paid subscription plans. Payments are processed through our payment gateway partner (Midtrans) and automatically renew each period unless you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate access to your account if you violate these Terms, the policies of a connected platform, fail to pay, or use Hubly unlawfully.

Hubly, including its software, design, and branding, is our property. You retain ownership of the content and business data you put into Hubly.

Hubly is provided "as is". We are not responsible for disruptions originating from third parties (such as Meta, Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, or payment providers) that are outside our reasonable control.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or an in-app notice.
