Privacy Policy

Account data: name, email, phone number, and business information you provide when creating a Hubly account.

WhatsApp channel data: when you connect your own WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) via the Meta Cloud API, we receive and store your WABA ID, phone number ID, message content and metadata (timestamps, delivery/read status, sender/recipient), media attachments, API access tokens, and webhook payloads from Meta.

Marketplace channel data: when you connect Shopee, TikTok Shop, or Lazada via each platform's official API, we receive store account data, buyer messages, and order data relevant to your inbox.

Your customers' data: phone numbers, names, and conversation content from people who message your business — we process this data on your behalf and under your instructions as the business owner, not for our own purposes.

Payment data: subscription and transaction history, processed through our payment gateway partner (Midtrans). We do not store card details directly.

Running Hubly's core feature: displaying, sending, and receiving messages across channels in one inbox.

Powering AI features (Magic Draft and AI Triage): some message content is processed by AI models — both a local model and the Google Gemini API — solely to generate reply suggestions or chat categorization. Suggestions are never sent automatically without your action.

Managing your subscription, billing, and customer support.

Keeping the platform secure and preventing abuse.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data or your customers' data to anyone. Data we process is used only to operate the Hubly service as described in this policy.

We share data only with the processors needed to run Hubly, with the minimum access required:

Data is retained while your account is active. If you delete your account or request data deletion, we delete or anonymize related data within 30 days, except for records we are legally required to keep longer (for example, financial/tax records).

To request deletion of your account or personal data, email hello@hubly.co.id from the email address registered on your Hubly account, with the subject "Data Deletion Request". Include your business name or account email so we can verify the request.

We will process and confirm the deletion within 14 business days. Some data may be retained longer where required by law (for example, for tax compliance).

Under Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU No. 27/2022), you have the right to access, correct, request deletion of, restrict processing of, and request a copy (portability) of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us using the email below.

We use encryption in transit, role-based access controls, and secure storage of tokens/credentials. That said, no system is 100% secure — we continuously work to improve our security practices.

Hubly is intended for adult business owners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or an in-app notice.
